We are pleased to offer a full-service hospital and boarding facility, capable of handling almost any medical or surgical concern as well as daycare and overnight boarding care. We emphasize quality health care, protecting your pet from diseases that can be prevented. We hope that you will be pleased with the medical care and customer service we strive to provide.

Prior to your appointment, please download our Client Information form as well as our Pet Health Questionnaire. Please complete these and bring them with you to your appointment.

It is critical that we have a complete medical history for each of your pets. A review of the doctor's notes, lab results, and vaccination dates helps our doctors define a comprehensive health plan for your pet. We may have already requested the names of any veterinary hospitals that have seen your pet previously. If you prefer to request and send the medical records yourself, please have them faxed with a cover sheet including your name and the appointment date to 206.285.9074. Our doctors review the medical history prior to your appointment. In order to facilitate this, we must have the records no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

***We set aside 40 minutes in the doctor's schedule for each pet to be seen in your appointment.***
