Appointment Policy
Patients are seen by appointment only. If you have an emergency during regular business hours, please call the hospital at 206.285.7387.
We work hard to see our appointments in a prompt and timely manner. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 206.285.7387. We request the courtesy of at least 48 hours notice for cancellations so that we may schedule another patient in your place.
We encourage scheduling annual healthy pet exams 3 weeks in advance. This allows us to accommodate urgent care patients.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Cellphone Policy
We ask that you be courteous and not use your cellphones in the lobby or exam rooms.
Boarding Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your pet's boarding reservation, we request the courtesy of 24 hours for all non-holiday boarding and 72 hours for holiday boarding.
